How fast can you get my freight moving?

Same-day pickup is realistic on most major lanes if the request reaches our dispatch desk before 2:00 PM local time at origin. Expedited and team-driver options are available 24/7 for loads that genuinely cannot wait — call rather than email for those.

What temperature ranges can you store and haul?

Our facilities run blast and deep-frozen down to -30°F, standard frozen at -10°F to 0°F, chilled at 28°F to 40°F, and climate-controlled rooms from 50°F to 70°F. Every room has continuous monitoring with alerting, and logs are exportable on request.

Are your warehouses inspected and compliant?

Our cold facilities operate to FDA and USDA requirements, with HACCP-based programs, AIB-style audit readiness, pest control, sanitation and traceability from receipt to release. Certifications vary by location — tell us what your customer audit requires and we will confirm the exact site before you commit.

Do you handle both the hauling and the storage on one invoice?

Yes. That is the main reason customers consolidate with us. One rate confirmation, one invoice, one accountable contact — instead of a broker, a warehouse and a drayage company all pointing at each other when something goes wrong.

How is pricing structured?

Hauling is quoted per lane and per load, with line-haul, fuel and known accessorials itemized up front. Storage is quoted per pallet position per month, with separate handling-in/out and any value-added labor shown as its own line. No hidden minimums, no charge we can't explain.

What insurance and authority do you carry?

VEVOR Truck Hauling holds active US DOT and MC operating authority, with auto liability and cargo coverage up to $2M per load. Certificates of insurance and a W-9 are available on request during onboarding, usually the same day.
