Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Template notice. This policy is a starting point written for a US-based freight and warehousing business. Before publishing, have it reviewed by qualified counsel and confirm it matches the systems, vendors and jurisdictions you actually operate in.

1. Who we are

VEVOR Truck Hauling (“VEVOR Truck Hauling,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides truck hauling and temperature-controlled storage services within the United States. Our principal office is at 8750 Milliken Ave, Apt #317, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, United States. You can reach us at TruckHauling@vevor-services.com or (840) 999-2041.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details such as your name, company, email address and phone number.
  • Shipment and storage details you submit through our quote, contact or inquiry forms, including pickup and delivery locations, commodity information, weight, temperature requirements, volume and timing.
  • Communications you send us by email, phone, SMS or through this website, including any attachments and documents such as routing guides or vendor requirements.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed.
  • Submission metadata recorded with form entries, such as the page the form was submitted from, referring source and time of submission, so that we can identify and prevent abuse.

3. How we use information

  • To prepare quotes, confirm capacity and respond to your requests.
  • To arrange, dispatch and track shipments and to coordinate storage, receiving and release.
  • To create and administer customer and carrier accounts, including onboarding and compliance checks.
  • To invoice, collect payment and maintain business records.
  • To investigate and resolve claims, service failures and quality issues.
  • To protect the security and integrity of our website, systems and people, including spam and fraud prevention.
  • To send service-related notices and, where permitted, marketing communications you may opt out of at any time.
  • To comply with legal, tax, insurance, regulatory and safety obligations.

4. Legal bases and consent

Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate business interests in operating and improving our services, the performance of a contract with you, and compliance with legal obligations. When you submit a form on this site, you consent to being contacted by phone, email or SMS about your request. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

SMS and telephone communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to contact, you agree that we may contact you at that number, including by automated means such as text message, regarding your request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or ask us to stop calling at any time.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business:

  • Carriers and transportation partners assigned to your shipment, to the extent needed to pick up, transport and deliver your freight.
  • Warehouse, dock and facility partners involved in receiving, storing or releasing your product.
  • Service providers that support our operations, such as hosting, email, telephony, payment processing and insurance partners, under contracts limiting their use of the data.
  • Professional advisers including attorneys, accountants, auditors and insurers.
  • Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, subpoena or court order, or where necessary to protect rights, property or personal safety, or to investigate fraud.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Retention

We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain a reasonable business record, typically up to 24 months for inquiries that do not become customers, and longer for active customer accounts and shipment records where required for tax, insurance, claims, food-safety traceability and regulatory purposes. Records connected to a claim or legal matter may be retained until the matter is fully resolved.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit for data submitted through this website, and restricted access to lead and customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations;
  • Request a portable copy of the information you provided;
  • Opt out of marketing communications, including email and SMS;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising — note that we do not sell personal information as defined under applicable US state privacy laws.

To exercise any of these rights, email TruckHauling@vevor-services.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or call (840) 999-2041. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where the law allows.

9. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the storage necessary to operate — for example, remembering that a form was submitted — and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use this site to build cross-site advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from submitting a quote request.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites, including customer portals or payment providers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active customers by email where appropriate.
