Services built around your shipping calendar

Two core capabilities — over-the-road truck hauling and temperature-controlled storage — supported by every service that usually gets outsourced in between.

Core capabilities

Start with the two that move your business

Truck Hauling

FTL, LTL and partial freight on dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, box truck, power-only and drayage equipment. Regional next-day service or coast-to-coast in three to five days, with expedited team-driver options when the clock is genuinely tight.

  • Live tracking and proactive exception alerts
  • Site-specific driver briefing and PPE compliance
  • Same-day POD and documented OS&D handling

Refrigeration Storage

Frozen, deep-frozen, chilled and climate-controlled pallet storage across eight US facilities, with continuous temperature logging, lot and date traceability, and exportable audit reports for your food-safety and customer compliance teams.

  • -30°F blast and deep freeze through 70°F climate rooms
  • Cross-docking and transloading on the same dock
  • FIFO/FEFO rotation and digital inventory visibility

Supporting services

Everything around the truck and the rack

Add the pieces you need, keep your existing vendors where they already work well.

Transloading

Convert inbound containers or rail cars into outbound truckloads — palletizing, restacking, stretch-wrapping and labeling included.

  • 40′ and 20′ container devanning
  • Weight redistribution for legal axle loads
  • Same-day outbound loading

Cross-Docking

Relay freight from inbound to outbound trailers in hours, not days — with or without a storage touch.

  • Dock doors available around the clock
  • Up to 0°F and ambient capabilities
  • Scan-verified piece counts

Drayage & Port Pickup

Container moves from US ports and rail ramps, with chassis sourcing and last-free-day monitoring so demurrage stays off your invoice.

  • Port and ramp appointments handled for you
  • Live free-time and demurrage tracking
  • Direct to warehouse or straight to consignee

Dedicated & Contract Lanes

Committed equipment and drivers on a fixed schedule, priced on contract rates instead of spot-market swings.

  • Named drivers familiar with your sites
  • Volume commitments with performance SLA
  • Quarterly lane and cost reviews

Blast Freezing & Tempering

Rapid pull-down for harvest and production surges, plus controlled tempering before your processing line.

  • Air-blast cells down to -30°F
  • Core-probe temperature records per lot
  • Surge capacity during peak season

Warehousing & Fulfillment

Case pick, kitting, labeling and retail-compliant pallet builds with direct-to-store routing.

  • Labeling and GTIN/UPC verification
  • Retail pallet configurations (Walmart, Costco, UNFI)
  • Monthly storage, itemized handling

Service questions

Good to know before you book

Can I combine hauling and storage on one shipment?

Yes, and it is usually the cheaper path. Freight can be hauled into one of our facilities, held on a per-pallet basis, then released and delivered when your customer is ready. One rate confirmation, one invoice.

What is your minimum storage commitment?

Storage is billed per pallet position per month with no long-term contract required for standard programs. Contract rates become worthwhile above roughly 200 pallet positions — we will tell you when you cross that line.

Do you do residential or no-dock deliveries?

Yes. Box trucks with liftgates and cargo vans are available for locations without a loading dock. Tell us about access constraints — narrow streets, low clearances, gate hours — when you request the quote so we assign the right equipment the first time.

How do you handle temperature-sensitive claims?

Every reefer load carries a downloadable temperature log from pre-cool through delivery. If a deviation occurs, the log, driver notes and delivery photos are packaged and sent to you within 24 hours, then our claims team works the file with your insurer or ours.

Can you handle hazmat or high-value freight?

Select hazmat classes and high-value loads can be arranged with vetted, appropriately endorsed carriers. These need a conversation rather than a web form — please call the dispatch desk so we can confirm the class, placarding and coverage before quoting.

Tell us what needs to move

Share the lane, the commodity and the timing. You will get a firm, itemized rate — usually within four business hours.
