Refrigerated storage that holds your cold chain together
Frozen, deep-frozen, chilled and climate-controlled warehousing across eight US facilities — with continuous temperature logging, documentable food-safety programs and inventory visibility you can act on.
Space, temperature and paperwork — all three handled
A cold warehouse is only as good as its worst day. Our programs are built around proving temperature integrity, not just claiming it: calibrated monitoring, alarm response, and logs you can export the moment a customer or auditor asks.
We store on a per-pallet-position basis with no long-term commitment required, and because we also run the trucks, product can move from your production line to a rack to a retail DC without ever changing hands to a third vendor.
Continuous monitoring
Calibrated sensors, alarms and documented response at every site.
Lot & date traceability
FIFO and FEFO rotation with lot-level receipt and release records.

Common questions
What is the minimum storage commitment?
Standard programs are billed per pallet position per month with no long-term contract. Contract pricing becomes worthwhile above roughly 200 positions, and we will tell you when you cross that threshold rather than locking you in early.
How is storage billed?
Storage is a per-pallet-position monthly charge. Handling in, handling out and any value-added labor such as labeling, kitting or pallet rebuilding are itemized separately on the same invoice, so you can see exactly what each activity costs.
Can you provide temperature records for an audit?
Yes. Every room is continuously monitored and logged. We can export a dated record for the full period your product was in our custody, along with alarm history and the corrective action notes if anything was triggered.
Do you handle both frozen and chilled product in the same facility?
Several of our sites run multiple zones under one roof, which is useful when you ship mixed orders. Where a single site cannot cover your full range, we coordinate across facilities and consolidate the reporting for you.
What certifications do the facilities hold?
Our cold sites operate HACCP-based food safety programs with sanitation, pest control and traceability documentation, and are maintained in a state of audit readiness for AIB-style and customer-specific audits. Certifications differ by location — tell us what your customer requires and we will confirm the specific site before you commit.
Can you pick up from my plant and store the product?
Yes — that is the advantage of running trucks and warehouses together. Inbound hauling, storage and outbound delivery sit on one rate confirmation and one invoice, with a single contact accountable for the whole chain.
How quickly can you receive my first inbound load?
Once the storage agreement and receipt paperwork are in place, most facilities can receive within 48 hours, and often sooner for existing customers. New accounts need a short onboarding for product specs, lot coding and temperature requirements.
Need space before peak season?
Send your volume and temperature requirement. We will confirm availability at the closest facility and send a written rate.
